What is the maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy for our Fredericksburg cabin rentals is 8 guests per cabin (4 Adults). We have two cabins in the community (#39 and #43) and other cabins are available through the community services as well if larger groups are needed. Our two cabins are short walking distance to each other.

Are you family friendly, kids welcome?

Yes, we allow kids at our cabins and welcome families! There are a number of fun things to do with family around Fredericksburg and on site at at the Arch Ray Resort including resort style pool and direct park / river access right outside your cabin. Keep in mind some locations elsewhere such as wineries and breweries might be age restricted but there are plenty locations that are not if our on-site activities don't keep you busy enough.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking space in private driveway at your cabin rental for two automobiles plus a golf cart if you decide to rent one.

What amenities are included?

Private Cabin with Gated Access to Grounds - Community Center featuring Luxury Pool, Direct River and Park Access (our cabins are walking distance to both). Walking / Biking / Golf Cart Trail to Arch Ray Resort and Event Center feating on site Wine Tasting Room, Barrel Room, Craft Brewery, Distillery, Espresso Bar, Bakery, Ranch to Table Restaurant and Amphitheater featuring regular live music!

Is there a kitchen?

Yes, absolutely. Including microwave, stove/oven and full size refrigerator you can stock as you see fit. Also an outdoor BBQ grill.
